La formación ética profesional desde
la perspectiva del profesorado universitario

In the present context of European and Spanish University change, throughout
the European Higher Education Area, we propose University functions, specially
those ones related to teach ethical professionals competences. We start with a conceptual
clarification and we justify the need of a ethical commitment of European
process. This need is specified in our research, developed in three Spanish Universities:
Universidad de Valencia, Complutense de Madrid and Universitat Jaume I, in
Castellón. Our goals are to know and analyse professors attitudes towards ethics
curriculum and teaching. Finally, we show some pedagogical conclusions and implications
to new degree programmes and teachers training.
